Tracy Brunette has been assisting clients with buying and selling homes in Massachusetts for the past four years. Her love for real estate began at a young age — she would often tell her dad that she wished she could see the inside of every house they drove by. That early curiosity turned into a true passion for homes, people, and helping others find the perfect place to call their own.

Tracy has experience in both residential and commercial real estate, and she enjoys working with all types of clients — from first-time homebuyers to out-of-state buyers who need someone they can trust locally. She’s known for being caring, detail-oriented, and great at follow-through. Tracy listens closely to what her clients want and need, making sure every question is answered and every step of the process is clearly explained. Her honesty and open communication help clients feel confident and comfortable from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Tracy stays busy as the Treasurer for the Charlton Youth Soccer Association and loves supporting her three children at their soccer games. Her involvement in the community not only keeps her connected but also gives her a deep understanding of the local area — something her clients truly benefit from.

Tracy also holds an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) certification. Her goal is to continue growing her real estate business while helping as many clients as possible reach their homeownership dreams.
