Jacob Sconziano

Originally from Connecticut, Jacob moved to Georgia in 2012 and has since moved back to New England in the fall of 2025 and currently resides in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. He obtained his Georgia real estate license in November 2020 and obtained his Massachusetts real estate license in October of 2025. Jacob’s inspiration for becoming a REALTOR stems from him wanting to help people understand the importance of homeownership and the freedom and flexibility the career allows to give back to his own community. Jacob mainly specializes in residential listings and sales. He loves working with first-time homebuyers and loves selling all kinds of homes, from new construction to helping people work through the sale of an estate. He was actively engaged with the local REALTOR board in Georgia, having served as treasurer of the Dublin Board of Realtors for 2022-2023 and as President for 2024. Additionally, he volunteered with the Salvation Army Advisory Board as chairman for the Dublin/Laurens County Georgia area. Jacob is looking forward to investing in the local community in Massachusetts and helping his clients make their homeownership dreams come true!
